mount usb drive as user
How can I mount a usb device in KDE as a normal user?
When a USB drive is plugged in, an icon pops up in the KDE panel.
Clicking on it shows the "Device Notifier" screen. But when I click on
the "open with file manager" bubble in this screen, it says "you are
not authorized to mount this device".
FWIW, I can mount this device as a normal user on the command line using
% pmount /dev/sdf1
which mounts the device on /media/sdf1. The problem is only with the
KDE device notifier. Any ideas how to solve this?
