I assume you mean "security advisories". There are none related to this
at the moment, AFAIK.
Do note that /etc/default/locale and /etc/environment, as well as the
/etc and /etc/default directories must be restricted so that only root
can modify them. But that's nothing new, and Debian will have set it up
properly by default, so unless something else messed with them...
