Easier said than done. I have lots of browser versions installed, and
dedicated profiles for each. None have both Flashblock installed and access
to any non-bundled plugins. Browser crashes others frequently complain about
rarely happen here.

media.autoplay.enabled false as Curt wrote seems to be at least helpful if
not an entire answer[1].
