repo keys fail

Greetings;

My last installation of wheezy has developed a key failure when trying to
run package-manager or synaptic-pkexec, so it is not getting all the
updates.

What is the cli command, presumably prefaced with a sudo, that will fetch
and refresh these changed keys? "sudo apt-key update" does not update
anything.

sudo apt-get update
ends with this:
W: Failed to fetch http://http.debian.org/debian/dists/wheezy/Release.gpg
Could not resolve 'http.debian.org'

W: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old
ones used instead.

Solution?

Thanks.

Cheers, Gene Heskett
