They all assume that you exactly know which file shall
be stored under which path in the ISO.
Once you have achieved that stage of preparation, you
need to additionally equip the ISO with the start pointers
for boot firmware: PC-BIOS or EFI from CD/DVD/BD or USB stick.

This would then impose the questions for my answer.
