Having done this: it's quite hard to get absolutely no questions at all: some of
the questions may be useful e.g. which of several network interfaces to use.

If the packages are already in Debian, just use a postinst script to add them specifically.

An easy one: get a 16GB flash drive. Use jigdo to build a BD (BluRay) disk iamge.
Use dd to copy the BluRay image you have just built to the USB stick. There, you have everything
on one stick.
Note: I did this for Wheezy as this was released and it worked fine :) I've no
obvious reason to believe it wouldn't work at least as well for Jessie.
There is no obvious limit on iso size.
