As an old fart, I'd suggest wheezy32 -> wheezy64 -> jessie64, on the
premise that most transitions 32 -> 64 so-far happened on wheezy's
lifetime, and so both edges of that path are probably the most-tested
ones...
Take that with a grain of salt: just hunch and old scars, no concrete
knowledge.
