A compromised account would have to be just so much smoke.

Why would they keep giving you new passwords if they thought that?

I assume they would refuse you entry because whatever the compromise
was could allow someone to do something awful?

The compromised system has to be commercial speak for our techs can't
find the problem so just go over your system head to toe to see if you
can. Hopefully you'll find something.

As well, if your system is compromised how come your other email still
works? I think you said you had 2 email accounts with them?

Sounds like they're not going to fix it, because they can't.
