In which case you don't understand it.
Please don't spread misinformation.
Debian codenames do not change and they don't fall out of use.
You can see all bar two at http://archive.debian.net/ where the
maintainer has forgotten to include buzz and rex (the files are
on the site).
It's trivial to do the following:
$ ftp ftp.debian.org
Connected to ftp.debian.org.
