Ok, iceape must go. What next?

My installed iceape has an extensive list of email addresses some of

You could just install Seamonkey and be done with it. Or, you might try Icedove which should, I would think, pick up on your /home/user/ directory. I use Firefox and Thunderbird. All the Firefox stuff goes into ~/.mozilla while Thunderbird uses ~/.thunderbird where all of the email and settings are stored. So, Icedove/Thunderbird should be able to import everything, or you could move your Iceape dot-directory contents into the appropriate dot-directory. Should work. :) Ric
