When I've seen that message it is shown as a banner above the header
pane of the message. The message being shown at that point has a
calendar file (MIME type: text/calendar). I believe iceowl will then
import the invitation into your default calendar (or possibly a
calendar associated with the email account, if different) and then put
a "Invitations: #" notification in the status bar. Clicking that link
will allow you to accept or decline the invitations.

If you're moving a message with an invitation to Junk, I would expect
that to remove the calendar entry (regardless of if it's accepted,
rejected or neither). In which case, you probably don't need to do
anything about it. If you have spam entries in your calendar still,
though, it may be worth raising a bug.
