The message being shown at that point has a calendar file (MIME type: text/calendar). I believe iceowl will then import the invitation into your default calendar (or possibly a calendar associated with the email account, if different) and then put a "Invitations: #" notification in the status bar. Clicking that link will allow you to accept or decline the invitations. If you're moving a message with an invitation to Junk, I would expect that to remove the calendar entry (regardless of if it's accepted, rejected or neither). In which case, you probably don't need to do anything about it.
