Hm? Sure the IP will change when reconnecting, but doesn't the IP
include information?
I was thinking of this too, but isn't the IP related to the country and
to the provider? IOW could it be that the IP does inform about the
provider and that the provider is blackhole listed or could this only
happen for email addresses?
