I haven't noticed any that really addressed it.  A few came close but
apparently there isn't a simple way to install without burning
disc/usb/floppy.  I'm about wore out on it now... thinking I'll get
hooked up with a cdrom and do it the standard way... every thing else
sounds like tinker tinker time sinker. And I will have plenty of need
of the cdrom in the future as well.
