40x11-common_xsessionrc will hang at the 'exec fvwm' command. This is ok
if all you want is a fvwm managed desktop. However, the subsequent
commands in /etc/X11/Xsession.d will then not be sourced. This could
spell disaster for someone who wanted consolekit or ssh-agent to be set
up.
