Do this:

  # apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

Because it isn't free(dom) software.  It is the closed source
proprietary software of Adobe.  They sometimes support it and they
sometimes do not.  That is one of the hazards of requiring nonfree
software.  Hopefully HTML5 will be DRM free.
