I would guess your session is not marked as active ck-list-sessions will tell you that. That is a problem of starting your X session via startx. My suggestion would be to use a display manager like gdm3 or lightdm. Michael -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
