Samba 4 is probably best in this case. It is possible to hook Windows
into pure LDAP+Kerberos and use Samba 3 for the file shares, but
LDAP+Kerberos is a bit on the tricky side already before factoring in
Windows' oddities. Samba 4 has it all integrated and is meant to work
with Windows in the first place.
The Samba 4 beta is in Testing and Unstable right now, Experimental
just got the 4.0 release...
