I know there are a bunch of things that load automatically and many
are necessary and others that do I want to run, but I know that
there are things that automatically start that I don't want or need. Which of these can I safely get rid of and how can I prevent them from automatically starting? I am a home user with a standard desktop , using a wired router for the internet (my Linux and his Windows) and a printer, and a usb 1Tb drive. Do you need other info other than using Squeeze (I believe)?
