Ok, I understand that you were offended by Ralf's original "joke", but is it really necessary to make an already heated debate worse by making statements like yours? Ralf already explained that he actually meant to apologize and didn't ask for an apology and others already explained the same thing. So even with Ralf being in your killfile, you probably received a message about Ralf's true intent when he wrote "Apologize!".
