I would argue for the successful, fully-operative installation first.
Once access is there - to so many mediums - that education, along with
many other aspects, would be a matter of informed choice also.
But I think exposure and the resultant acceptance level need priority.
Without that there's no appreciable change in market acceptance level.

I think that also would be a matter of individual choice, which, after
all, is Stallman's maxim.
I'm certainly heading in that direction as far as attitude goes, at least.
I look forward to greater implementation of HTML5 so that I can dump
Flash, for example.
Who knows?
There could well be a fork in the future, with developers working on both.
Where are they going to come from?
