I launched Iceweasel (with Chrome still open), started webhttrack,
which opened its welcome page in Chrome but did not then immediately
exit, but worked (sort of; I have to figure out all the parameters).
Why Iceweasel being open would prevent the problem, I have no idea.  I
may just revert to the command line option, with which I've had
success in the past!
