Hi Andrei. I don't see the statement as making any reference to belief at all.

The intention of the statement, IMHO, is to recommend assessing and understanding the market quite separately from your own preferences when determining what sort of business you intend to start.

Questions over whether it is ok to sell a particular product or not are, IMHO, othogonal.
