Hello Hugo,

thank you for your investigation. Meanwhile I also tried to load
http://www.bsi.de with iceweasel 7.0 with the same result.
And also "wget" is unable to download the web-page.

  wget -d https://www.bsi.de

results in "GnuTLS: A TLS fatal alert has been received." among others.
