I'm not sure... I could not tell from reading that... I do have both
packages they mention there installed.
aptitude search libncurses |grep ^i
i libncurses5
i libncurses5-dev
i libncursesw5
And
aptitude search libtinfo |grep ^i
i A libtinfo-dev
i A libtinfo5
Further I don't really know what ncurses has to do with .inputrc
Yeah, I'm pretty ignorant..
