When I open an image in the latest GIMP 2.6 on Debian Sid the file
extension choice window is too small and can't be resized or moved.
This is an example of what happens. It
It's only a minor annoyance but I'd like to be able to fix it if
possible.
Any suggestions?

Move the file ~/.config/gtk-2.0/gtkfilechooser.ini out of the way. Does
that make a difference?

Nope, no change. Someone on the GIMP list suggested moving
~/gimp-2.6/sessionrc out of the way but that didn't work either.
