Hi Paul,

Re-creating the following symbolic link pointing to the application
you prefer should be sufficient:

~$ file /etc/alternatives/gnome-www-browser
/etc/alternatives/gnome-www-browser: symbolic link to
`/usr/bin/epiphany-browser'
