Correct.  CIDR notation might be helpful here in better explaining this.
 People's use of 'x.x.x.x' notation in this thread seems to be confusing
them.

192.168.0.0/16 is a single Class B network.  Any subnets within it, such
as 192.168.1.0/24, are Class C networks.  Likewise, 10.0.0.0/8 is a
single Class A network.  Any subnets within it are either Class B or C
networks, depending on the mask.
