is asking whether he needs a license to write a Debian related book.
Reading your translation, I would think that he is asking a license for
trademarks, not for copyrights.
So it would be more interesting to know the exact title of the book to
see if Debian is used as "attribute" (e.g. "sysadmin book for Debian
systems") or as trademark ("Korean Debian book").
OTOH I don't know how to require license, but we definitely need
some authority, or we will lose our trademark.

CDs. But if you are thinking about restricting its distribution by

you are planning to write, it is not related to Debian's software
licenses. It's up to you.
Do not use Korean-English machine translation when you write mail in
English. Your high school level English is much better than today's
machine translation results.
