Honestly that was a crap shoot. I was slightly surprised that it actually found something.
Anyway, here's the lesson: it takes a minute amount of time and energy to search the Debian repository, so just search it even though it's likely to return zilch. You might actually get lucky...
I hate it when I make a bad assumption. I figured that wine was using the linux opengl libs in some way, and it probably is, but it sure is going to need that shim.
