Looks like there's something wrong with your sources.list at line 54,
although google appears to suggest this might be related to superuser
privileges.
Are you running aptitude under your regular user, or root?
Maybe you could post the contents of your sources.list.
But if English is a problem, it may be more effective to post your
question to the Italian mailing list: debian-italian@lists.debian.org
