That appears to be a Japanese or Asian market only Toshiba laptop model
from ~1998/2000.  I'm having trouble just getting the specs for it,
being an English only person.

If you don't have any luck getting help here on debian-user, please also
try the debian user list specifically for laptop users.  You might have
better luck there:
