I did enter the DELL SAS Control util; but i could only switch 4 disk
out of 5 to RAID.
I'll try on monday to open the box and check the cables; but it seems
one is not connected to the same controller as the 4 other.

Thanks all for your help, I am learning a lot in a very short period of time,
