Limits (ulimit)

Hi People
I set some limits (/etc/security/ limits.conf) but when you restart the
server the same did not apply the rules, as follows:

file size               (blocks, -f) unlimited

max memory size         (kbytes, -m) unlimited

pipe size            (512 bytes, -p) 8
POSIX message queues     (bytes, -q) 819200

cpu time               (seconds, -t) unlimited
max user processes              (-u) 8188
virtual memory          (kbytes, -v) unlimited
file locks                      (-x) unlimited
