"GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX" appends entries to the end of the "linux" line
for normal and recovery modes.

"GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT" appends entries to the end of the "linux"
line for normal mode only.

Nothing to do with setting default kernel.
