 6502-derivative, 6510 (same chip, but a couple of IO ports mapped to 
memory addresses.)

3k, but a 5k expansion cartridge upped it to a whopping 8k.

My first was an actual IBM 5150 PC-1, and I splurged and got the full 64k!

(A friend had the VIC-20.)
