After upgrade to lenny, the filecopy-speed are slow

I have a VMWare ESXi-Server with 3xLenny, 1xEtch, 1xWinXP.
Befor i upgrade Etch to Lenny, the filecopy-speed on the harddisk are fast.
After the upgrade i can count the bytes...
"hdparm -tT /dev/sda" on Lenny display:
