docbook2pdf giving erros in gnucash help

Hello,

I grabbed gnucash's help from is svn repo thus:
svn checkout http://svn.gnucash.org/repo/gnucash-docs/trunk gnucash-docs

The idea to convert the sgml help file to pdf using docbook2pdf command.
I am getting these errors (on Debian Testing):
$> docbook2pdf -e no-valid gnucash-help.sgml

I have never used sgml or docbook before. So I have no idea what is
going on. Can somebody decipher the above messages and explain what I am
missing?
