Memory on dom0 xen host (etch)

Hi,

'memstat | sort -n' tell me at dom0 Xen machine:
  71644k: PID  6538 (/usr/bin/python2.4)
1048576k: /proc/xen/privcmd 2600 6533 6540 17643
1491348k

1491348k is the total memory that memstat report.

'free' output is :
free
             total       used       free     shared    buffers     cached
Mem:        262144     241304      20840          0      12016      62220
-/+ buffers/cache:     167068      95076
Swap:       307192        692     306500


Is it telling me about to have 1.5 G of RAM on my dom0 ?

How do you interpret memstat output ?

Should all our machines have the same RAM size as stated by memstat
total memory output ?

How do you interpret the difference between free and memstat ?
