I suppose that's a bit flippant?

Buy a house and move everything to a city, assuming there is work available 
there, just to get broadband. :-) Not likely, even if it was affordable. 
However, the world is full of individuals and some might do just that?

But that sort of strays from the original point of swap, or maybe it's a 
different kind of swap. A lifestyle swap. :-) Hardly worth it. So I reckon 
anyway.
