Thank you very much for your help!
I reloaded xserver-xorg-core and the SecurityPolicy file is in its
place now. both dpkg --purge --force-depends xfonts-base and give me
the warning of " warning: /usr/lib/X11/fonts/misc does not exist or is
not a directory".
Therefore startx give me the error of below:

1; fixing.
