Hi David,

I use mplayer. It can be used from the shell giving the URL of the stream; as a plugin to firefox or as a standalone gui program (gmplayer - part of the mplayer package)

apt-get install mplayer mozilla-mplayer

Should get you started. (I'm not sure which repository it is in.)

deb http://www.debian-multimedia.org sid main
or
deb http://www.debian-multimedia.org <your distrib> main

For a great list of radio and TV URLS's I use http://www.imvite.com

Hope this helped,
Chaim

find any way of doing this with out using RealPlayer, which is very hard
to do as unable to find one that I can down load and use on debian.

At the moment the only way I can listen o radio 2 is through the windows

Can you please help??? and soon if possible!
