Until the problem goes away for you, I'd remove apt-listbugs. Although
from what I've read the servers are fixed.
If this happens again just remove apt-listbugs for a week, otherwise
APT itself will become pretty unusable (Unless you can disable it? I'm
not sure how one would go about doing this though)
