I don't know very sure about NT, but I did this a few times with w98 and
w2k. The Windows install will most likely remove lilo from the MBR so
you need to be prepared with a live/rescue cd. Besides, Windows wants
to be on the first partition on the first disk, though it can be
fooled (at least with grub you can). This is what you need to do:

- resize linux partitions (cfdisk, parted, ...)
- install Windows (do you really have to?)
- boot with a live cd, chroot to your linux install and rerun lilo.
