Also, if a package is selected, you can select "Force Version..." from 
the "Package" menu which will bring up a dialog that allows you to 
select the available versions of that package in your repositories.  
Things can get complicated when dealing with various versions this way, 
but I've found this functionality useful from time to time.  :-)
