The word "cajones" means drawers.  I believe the word you are looking

Yeah, gave me a chuckle, too. Reminded me of "Alla en el Rancho Grande,
Alla en donde vivia...." But that was "calzones".

for is "cojones."  For example, there is a famous rock formation (in the
southwest US, I believe) called El Cajón---because it looks like a
drawer, not a testicle.
