Restarting all services *should* be all that is necessary when
upgrading core libraries.  However, it's just as easy, and easier,
to just reboot the box.

There goes your 490 day uptime, though...

Is "common sense" really valid?
For example, it is "common sense" to white-power racists that
whites are superior to blacks, and that those with brown skins
are mud people.
However, that "common sense" is obviously wrong.
