All, I've installed anjuta from unstable on my testing box using 'dpkg --ignore-depends anjuta'. Of course, 'aptitude upgrade' throws a dependency error so I'm unable to upgrade. Is there an elegant way to tell aptitude to ignore the broken dependency? I suppose I could edit /var/lib/dpkg/status and remove the dependency, but that seems like a super-kludge. Thoughts? -Jeff
