GLIBC_2.0 error

Hello everybody

I have a program (matlab) which stopped working after a recent
upgrade of unstable. THe license manager wants to see
GLIBC_2.0 defined.

output of
strings /lib/libc.so.6 | grep GLIB

contains GLIBC_2.0 string, but the license manager still does not work.
I have tried setting the environment variable LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.1 as
suggested by MathWorks, but it still does not help. ANy ideas how this
can
be fixed are highly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your help

Lazar
