Use Courier IMAP server and SpamAssassin. http://talk.trekweb.com/~jasonb/articles/exim_maildir_imap.shtml should get you started.
Second: Want a reader, that can read emails, in those folders, and give function, like delete, and reply, and add sender, to address list.
