Okay, I use xcdroast also a pretty convenient graphical interface to cdrecord!

It's similar to xcdroast, which I used to use at one time. But, IMO,
is superior. I suggest (if you like that sort of thing) that
you give it a try. On a few occasions I created multisession CDROMs
for which each session looked like a separate thing using xcdroast,
because xcdroast does not automatically read and incorporate the
previous directory. K3b requires less intimate knowledge and I
find the drag and drop easier to use than xcdroast. Burning ISO
images is easier, too, because you can browse for or specify
any directory you like, rather than configuring one, and having
to switch screens.
